3 tart apples, chopped
2 pie crusts (take pastry from one to put on top of pie)
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange apples in pastry lined pie plate.
Pour mixture of flour, butter, nutmeg, sugar and
orange juice over apples.
Cut remaining pastry into strips.
Arrange lattice fashion over pie,

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees.
Bake 20-25 minutes till crust is brown,

This is the best apple pie ever created! Adding the orange juice really gives it a twang.
