3 1/2 C boiling water
2 C white corn meal
1 tsp. baking powder
3 T granulated sugar
1/4 C butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn meal, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add slowly to 3 1/2 cups boiling water stirring briskly. When mixture is smooth, remove from heat. Stir in butter. Cool. Form into finger shaped rolls and fry in 2 inches hot fat (375º), until golden brown.
