2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar (mixed brown and white)
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk

Topping:
To the 1/4 cup saved from above mixture add:
3 Tbsp melted butter
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Mix the first 6 cake ingredients. Take out 1/4 cup of this for the topping. Add milk to the remainder of the mixture and pour into greased 9x9 pan. Mix topping and sprinkle over top. Bake 30 - 35 minutes at 300º
