1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheet with parchment paper spray with Pam. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, rinse nuts in cold water, toss nuts in bowl with dry ingredients and 1 Tbsp water and toss.

Spread on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes, stir and10 more minutes. Stir and immediately transfer nuts to foil that has spray on it.

DO NOT OVERCOOK OR LET THEM BURN.
