2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 small chopped onion (or dries)
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz carton of sour cream
1 stick of butter, melted
1 8 oz. pkg. of grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt, pepper
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in large mixing bowl, hash browns, soup, onion, sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, and salt, pepper, Lawry's. Spread evenly into a 9x13 dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.

This is what we made for Sam's football team at team dinners or after game dinners! Everything was good when there were cheesy potatoes. Comfort food at it's best! Ahhhh, such great memories!
