1 1/2 c of Italian Breadcrumbs
1/2 c of Butter Melted
4 Cloves of Garlic minced
1 tbsp of Parsley
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 1/2 lbs of Extra Large or Jumbo Shrimp Uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Peel Shrimp and remove the black vein. Line shrimp in a 9 X 13 baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients. Put stuffing mix over the shrimp. Add small amount of water to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook in a 350º oven for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink and the stuffing browns.

I use the same stuffing mix for stuffing mushrooms or to top a variety of seafood such as scallops, shrimp and lobster. It makes a delicious seafood bake.
