3/4 c Flour
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c Milk
1 Egg
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except butter. Mix well until smooth. Lastly add the butter and mix well. Put 1/4-1/3 c of batter into a fry pan. Tilt the pan until bottom is completely covered. Cook over medium high heat until brown. Flip once and cook other side.
Remove and serve immediately. We used to brush each crepe with melted butter and powdered sugar. You can fill with fruit or pudding for a nice dessert.

For many servings double or triple this recipe. Bon Appetit!
