1 lb Lasagna Noodles
1 1/2 lb Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 tbsp. Chopped Parsley
1 lb Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles as directed
2. Preheat oven to 350º
3. Mix ricotta, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley
4. Spoon thin layer of sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 pan, then layer of noodles, ricotta mixture, then mozzarella and Parmesan
5. Repeat layers , usually 3 layers
6. Top with sauce, provolone cheese
7. Bake covered for 45 minutes, uncover and bake for 15-20 minutes longer. Let stand for 20-30 minutes before cutting.
