2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups diced celery, sauteed in oleo
2 cups cooked rice (2/3 raw)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (NOT salad dressing)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. instant minced dried onion






Directions:

Mix all and put in greased casserole. Top with crushed corn flakes
(Optional: also top with slivered almonds)

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until browned on top.

Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Also a few extra minutes in oven if chilled. Can be doubled.

This is a good go-to recipe when you run out of ideas for dinner.
Good with rolls and cranberry sauce and a tossed salad. Good way to
use up left-over chicken (or turkey)
