3 oz Canned Tomatoes
3 oz Tomato Sauce
2 1/2 cups + 3 Tbsp Taco Sauce
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Chile Powder
2 1/2 oz Beef base

Taco Meat (see recipe)
50 flour tortillas 10"

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients into a saucepan in order

Bring to boil stirring constantly - Note: Sauce has a better flavor if prepared one day ahead

Spray pan. Place 2 oz taco meat in each tortilla. Lay tortilla in pan.

Bake at 300º for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour 4 cups of sauce over each pan of enchilada's. Sprinkle lightly with graded cheese (just enough for color). Return to oven till cheese melts.
