2 C all purpose flour
4 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 C shortening
2/3 C milk
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 T sour cream
1 t prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in shortening till mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in center; add 2/3 cup milk all at once. Stir till dough clings together. Knead on lightly floured surface 12 strokes. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Using a 2 1/2 inch donut cutter (removing center) or a cooking cutter, cut 10 biscuits. Dip cutter in flour between cuts, if necessary. Combine cheese, sour cream and mustard. Place 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture on top of the dough rounds, brushing edges with a small amount of milk. Top with remaining biscuits pressing edges together to seal. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Brush tops of biscuits with a little more milk and sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake in 450º oven about 12 minutes.
