1 8 oz pkg Neufchatel cheese
1 1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese
1 T snipped parsley
2 T sherry

Toasted sesame seed
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Let the cheeses stand at room temperature an hour. In small mixer bowl beat cheeses and the tablespoon parsley till blended. Add the sherry, beating till smooth. Cover; chill 1 hour. With hands, mold mixture into a log, about 10 inches long. Press additional parsley and sesame see into cheese log, alternating to form decorative rows. Wrap log in wax paper and chill till serving time. Unwrap and serve on tray with assorted crackers.
