3 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 t chives
1 4 1/2 oz can deviled ham
1 T Chile sauce
2 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
1 lb loaf unsliced whole wheat sandwich bread

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine all the ingredients except bread, and mix well. Cut bread horizontally into 8 slices, about 1/4 inch thick, trim crusts from bread. Flatten each slice of bread slightly with a rolling pin. Spread each with about 3 tablespoons ham mixture. Roll up jelly-roll fashion, starting at narrow end. Wrap rolls in freezing paper or foil. Seal and freeze. To serve, remove tolls from freezer 1 hour before serving time. After 1/2 hour cut crosswise into 3/8 inch slices. Arrange slices on serving platter and cover with clear plastic wrap until serving time.
