1 1 lb can salmon (2 cups)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 T lemon juice
2 t grated onion
1 t prepared horseradish
1/4 t salt
1/4 t liquid smoke
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/4 c chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke; mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into ball; roll in nut mixture; chill well. Serve with crackers and little rye bread.
