1 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 t honey
1 c finely shredded carrot
1/2 c chopped pecans
2 T snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and honey together till blended. Stir in shredded carrot. Cover and chill 1 hour. Shape into 14 to 16 1 inch balls. Roll balls in mixture of nuts and parsley, pressing into cheese.

Makes approx 14-16 balls
