Ingredients:  
1 c flour
1/4 c + 2 T sugar
6 T margarine
1/4 c + 2 T currants
1 egg and a little milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425º.

Put flour and sugar into a bowl. Rub in the margarine and mix in currants and chopped peel. Mix to a stiff dough with the beaten egg and a little milk. Place in 14 rough heaps on a greased baking sheet.

Bake about 20 minutes.
