3 cups Sugar
1 1/2 pounds Butter
9 tablespoons Water
18 Plain Hershey Chocolate bars*
3 cups Pecans; chopped
3 teaspoons Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
*Triple quantities for one cookie (utility pan) sheet. I.E. 3 cups sugar. Cook sugar, butter, water, stirring constantly. Once it begins boiling it will take about 25 minutes to reach 320 degrees. Remove immediately and add vanilla.

Pour over pan covered with plain Hershey bars broken up. Add chopped pecans right away onto sticky stuff. Cool and break up into pieces.
