Ruff Puff Pastry
1/2 c minced beef
1/4 c grated raw potato
1 T grated onion
pepper
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450º.

Mix together minced beef, potato, onion, salt and pepper to taste.

Roll out Ruff Puff Pastry and cut into 6 rounds with a saucer. Put a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each and wet round the edge of the pastry. Fold the pastry over and press the edges and trim. Brush over with beaten egg. Make three slanting cuts across the tops with a knife.

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake about 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
