1/4 cup Myer Lemon Olive Oil
1/2 cup Lemon Splash
1 shallot, minced
1 Tablespoon mustard ( I use the one that has the horserdish added), but Dijon is fine
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
A pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Shake well, it's better if you make it the day before you use it. I use the dressing on baby greens with fresh beets, pecans and shaved parmesan.
