1 package frozen yellow squash
or 6-8 small fresh squash
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen squash or slice fresh squash.
Cook in water till tender.
Drain.
Mix egg milk, salt, ontion, half of bread crumbs and pour over squash.
Top with cheese and remaining bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
