1 cup milk
3/4 cups sugar
1 cup mashed potatoes (leftover or fresh)
4-5 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick margarine (melted)
2 eggs
1 package yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water - set aside
Combine (with mixer at low speed) potatoes, sugar and eggs;
add milk, margarine and yeast, then add flour.
Roll out on Floured board and let rise 1 1/2-3 hours. (the longer they rise, the lighter they are)
Dough may be stored in refrigerator several days, then roll out and let rise.
