2 cups Pastamore Tri Color Orzo, cooked
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 Lb. spinach, stemmed
2 Tbsp. Pastamore Kettle Roasted Garlic Oil
1 garlic clove, sliced
1/4 Tsp. red pepper flakes
salt & pepper to taste
Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar, drizzled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Pastamore Tri Color Orzo, according to directions, drain. Mix cheese, egg, cream, add to hot orzo. The heat will cook the egg mixture. Heat oil, add garlic, saute until soft, then add spinach in batches until wilted. Season with red pepper, salt & pepper. Drizzle with Pastamore Traditional Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Top orzo with spinach and serve.
