Fresh squash, washed and cut into slices
Bacon
Dash of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sliced onion
Chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp, drain and reserve drippings in pan. Add olive oil and onion to drippings and cook until soft. Add squash and cover with water. Add chicken bouillon and salt and pepper. Crumble bacon and add to pan. Put lid on pan and cook until squash is soft (but not mushy). Stir occasionally while cooking.
