1 1/2 pounds cubed lean pork
1 medium finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
12-14 quick shakes sweet basil
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
10 quick shakes garlic powder
3 1/2 tablespoons tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and pepper. Add basil, parsley, paprika, garlic powder and tomato sauce and stir until well mixed.
Add pork and salt and pepper and stir.
After stirring, cover with water (you may have to add a little more water while it cooks)
Stir 1 tablespoon flour or cornstarch into 1/3 cup water and stir into mixture to thicken.
