1 1/2 cups powdered French Vanilla coffee creamer
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground mace
1 teaspoon ground allspice
3 tablespoons instant coffee, optional

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients well and store in an air-tight container. To use, combine two tablespoons of mix with one cup hot coffee. If you prefer, add the instant coffee granules to the mix and use two tablespoons of mix per one cup very hot water. Make sure to add a healthy dollop of real whipped cream to the top of it.

I used 1/2 tablespoon regular Cinnamon and 1/2 tablespoon Saigon Vietnamese Cinnamon. To drink it, I use just the creamer mixture (without the instant coffee) to one packet of Starbucksİ Viaİ coffee.
