1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1 can (16 ounces) chocolate flavored syrup
4 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour

Chocolate Icing

1 stick butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

For brownies

Cream margarine with sugar. Mix in chocolate syrup. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Mix in flour
Put mixture into 15 X 10 X 1 pan and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool, then spread with icing

For icing

Combine margarine, sugar and milk, bring to boil
Over medium heat, boil 1 minute, stirring constantly
Remove from heat
Add chocolate chips and stir to melt chips
Use immediately to frost brownies
