Ingredients:  
- 3 cups of sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 TSR salt
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 TSR vanilla

TOPPING
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 stick of butter, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes until soft and drain. Mix sweet potatoes with all ingredients in a bowl with a blender. Put in baking dish w/ topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

*Can be made ahead of time and frozen (without topping). Defrost, and have at room temperature before baking.
