3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
½ c. evaporated milk
SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE TOPPING:
1 c. brown sugar
¼ stick butter
½ c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Casserole:
Mix all ingredients. Pour in a 13x9 buttered casserole dish.

Topping:
Cut together, crumble over potatoes. Press ½ cup pecans into topping. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
