Cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped and sauteed
1 ½ c. cooked rice
2 eggs
Oregano to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Trim thick rib off each leaf. In large
saucepan bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add cabbage leaves cook until tender.
Mix ground beef, onion, rice, salt, pepper and eggs together. Roll in tendered cabbage leaves, secure with tooth picks. Place in baking dish. Mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic salt and seasoned salt together. Pour over cabbage rolls, covering all rolls with sauce. Heat oven to 350º, cook 1 hour.
