3 small pkgs. strawberry Jell-o
1 large can crushed pineapple, drain, keep juice
2 small boxes frozen strawberries
2 bananas, mashed
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 c. hot water
¾ c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jell-o & hot water, stir until dissolved. Add cold water and pineapple
juice. Mix Jell-o mixture with strawberries, pineapple and bananas.
Pour half of mixture in dish. Cool in refrigerator until set. Spread sour cream over mixture. Pour remainder of mixture over sour cream and refrigerate until set.
