½ c. onion, chopped
½ c. green pepper, chopped
½ c. celery, chopped
½ c. butter or margarine, melted
5 c. crumbled corn bread (2 boxes corn bread mix)
2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 c. yellow squash chopped, cooked and drained
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter until tender. Boil squash until tender, drain. Add squash and sautéed vegetables to corn bread and stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 400º for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
