1 lb. fresh spinach
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
Dash garlic juice
¾ tsp. dry mustard
Several dashes Tabasco sauce
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ c. olive or salad oil
Black pepper to taste
Cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Tear spinach into bite size pieces, combine with mushrooms in large salad bowl. Combine salt, garlic juice, mustard, Tabasco, lemon juice, oil and pepper. Blend well. Add dressing to salad, toss gently until all leaves are coated. Garnish with tomato halves.
