1 or 2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, celery, onions, garlic and bell
pepper, drain. Pour in large saucepan. Brown rice in large skillet with small amount of oil. When brown add 2 to 3 cups water. Cook 5 minutes on low heat. Add to other ingredients, add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer 30 minutes.
