8 lbs. ground beef
8 Tbsp. oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
4 large onions, diced
4 green bell peppers, chopped
3 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
½ tsp. celery salt
1 large can tomato juice
3 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
Pepper, if desired
2 ½ tsp. crumbled oregano
1 ½ tsp. crumbled dried parsley

Directions:
Cook ground beef until it is done. Saute onions and green peppers until tender. Place tomato paste, tomato juice and extra water in pan. Add salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, and parsley to pan. Add ground beef and vegetables. Simmer for 1 hour. It is good to prepare sauce a day before needed to let flavors mellow together. Prepare approximately 4 lbs. of spaghetti to serve with sauce.
