1 fully cooked boneless whole ham
1 15 oz can sliced peaches
1 8 3/4 oz can crushed pineapple
2 T cornstarch
3/4 t allspice
1/3 c frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c whole maraschino cherries
1/4 c light raisings
1/2 c broken pecan halves

Directions:
Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan. Score ham in diamonds, cutting 1/4" deep. Roast.

Drain peaches, pineapple, reserving syrup. In saucepan, combine cornstarch and spices. Stir in syrups, orange juice and 1 cup water. Cool and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Spoon some sauce on ham last 30 minutes of baking time.

Reserve a few peach slices and whole cherries for garnish. Cut up remaining peaches and cherries. To same sauce, add peaches, pineapple, cherries, raising and pecans. Simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with reserved fruit.
