4 (3/4 to 1 inch) center cut pork loin chops
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. seasoned rice vinegar
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 T. chopped fresh Thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in a shallow container. Mix the marinade ingredients and rub on chops. Marinate at least 30 minutes. Sear chops 3 minutes on each side. Baste when chops are turned. Cover and cook chops for 3 minutes on each side. Then baste again when the chops are turned. Cover again for a total of 15 minutes.

I usually marinate for most of a day. The chops are very juicy after cooking. Chops can be seared on a grill.
