1 ½ stick butter or margarine
3 c. sugar
1 (5 oz.)can evaporated milk
1 (I2 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large, heavy sauce pan. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, stir until melted. Add marshmallow crème, stir until melted. Add pecans and vanilla mix until well blended. Spread in greased 13x9 pan, cool completely before cutting.
