1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup plus 1 T. sour cream (or a little more)
4 T. sugar
2 1/4 cups all purpose baking mix for biscuits
sugar and butter

sliced, sweetened strawberries
whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º F. Mix milk, sour cream and sugar in large bowl wit wire whisk. Stir in baking mix until just blended. Spread evenly in greased 9" round cake pan. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with small chips of butter. Bake 12-15 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Serve with sliced, sweetened strawberries and whipped cream.
