6 large eggs
2 2/3 c. sugar
1 cup butter
1c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 c. shredded coconut
1 c pecan pieces
1 T plain corn meal
2 T lemon juice
2 T vanilla extract
2-9 inch pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar and butter. Ad remaining ingredients and mix. Pour well mixed ingredients equally in 2 regular raw pie shells. Bake on sheet pan in oven at 375 in middle rack. Note: Pie should be firm and not quiver when jostled to check for doneness. Allow to cool before cutting. Pie wil layer itself into 4 distinct layers.
