1 pt Oysters
1/2 Chopped Onion & Celery
4 T Butter
4 c Day Old Bread
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1/8 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oysters and chop, reserving liquid. Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. Add bread cubes and seasonings mix thoroughly. If stuffing seems dry mix with oyster liquid.
Bake 350º 20-30 minutes.
