3/4 cup onion
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

Drain

1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can Mushroom soup
1 can all meat Chile, no beans - Hormel
1 package corn torillas, torn
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Alternate layers in 9 X 13 dish

Chips
Meat
Cheese
Repeat Layers (2)

Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.

Serve with salad, rice or black beans.
