4 cups cooked cornbread
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup chicken broth

Mix and set aside 1/2 of mixture.
Spread half over 9 X 13 dish.
2 1/2 cups cooked chopped chicken.

Mix 1/2 cup onion,
1/2 cup celery,
1/4 green onion and 1 teaspoon sage.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Top with other half of Cornbread mixture.

Beat 2 eggs.
Add milk to make 1 cup.
Pour over mixture.

Cool and refrigerate overnight.

Spread 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom soup
over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
