1/2 cup each: rice vinegar and rice wine
1 teaspoon each: canola oil and minced garlic
2 teaspoons tomato paste
2 cups plum sauce
1/2 teaspoon red chili paste

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, add vinegar, rice wine, canola oil, minced garlic, tomato paste, plum sauce and red chili paste. Mix well at medium-low speed. Pour into a bowl and serve at room temperature.
