1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. stir fry vegetables
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add vegetables. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce. Add bouillon and corn starch mixture to meat. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with Chow Mein noodles or cooked rice, if desired.
