1 large green zucchini - diced (with skin)
1 medium onion diced
1 cup frozen peas
2 eggs (scrambled) add Romano cheese here with egg
2 cups/1 can chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 heaping tbsp Romano cheese (or more)

Directions:

Heat olive oil in saucepan
in this order:
add onion
add zucchini
add broth
add frozen peas
add scrambled egg with cheese

Simmer for 15 minutes.....serve with cheese/breadstix
