2-3 heads romaine lettuce
2 bunches of parsley
2-3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 red or green pepper
8 radishes
3-4 stems of scallions
Toasted pita bread
Salt
Pepper
Dried or fresh mint
2 gloves of garlic
Sumac
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop up all of the salad vegetables to medium size.
2. Toss all of the salad vegetables into a bowl. Set aside.
3. Smash the garlic with some salt.
4. Place the garlic, sumac, dried mint, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice in a small mixing bowl. Whisk them together. Set aside
5. Add the toasted pita bread to mixed salad vegetables.
6. Add the dressing to the mixing bowl and toss all together.
