4 Bunches parsley
5 Tomatoes
3-4 Scallions
1 Bunch of fresh mint
1/2 cup Wheat Germ
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash parsley, tomatoes and scallions
2. Dry parsley on towels for a few hours or spend 5 minutes patting them dry
3. Place wheat germ into bowl and cover with warm water - set aside.
4. Cut off stems of parsley and place leaves into Cuisinart
5. Put chopped parsley into bowl
6. Slice scallions, place into bowl with parsley
7. Chop mint, place into bowl with scallions and parsley
8. Dice tomatoes (on cutting board, not in hand!), place into bowl with other ingredients
9. Drain wheat germ (makes sure is softened)
10. Add wheat germ to bowl
11. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil
12. Mix
