1 large can chick peas
1 tablespoon of tahini
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic
Salt
Water
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Open can of chickpeas and place into bowl - including liquid
2. Cover and microwave for 60 seconds
3. Drain chickpeas, set aside
4. In food processor, blend garlic, salt and tahini to create a paste
5. Add chickpeas and blend
6. Add lemon juice and blend
7. Add water slowly until you get the consistency you like
8. Place on platter and dust with paprika
