1 Pint Low-Fat Yogurt
1 Pint Fat Free Yogurt

1. Line colander with one layer of paper towels.
2. Place colander over big bowl so the edges rest of bowl and the colander is not touching the bottom of the bowl.
3. Poor two containers of yogurt on top of paper towels.
4. Add Salt. (that's right no real amount, just pour some in!)
5. Mix gently as to not rip the paper towel
6. Cover with one layer of paper towels
7. Place on counter
8. After 24 hours, drain water from bowl
9. Place on counter for another 12 hours
10) Serve on platter with mint and olive oil
