2 cups (14-15) Carrots, salted, cooked and mashed
3 tablespoons margarine melted
3 tablespoons flour (self rising)
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of connamon and nutmeg (optional)
1 cup sugar (can use 1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup brown)

Directions:

Mix All Ingredients together.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Sprinkle Confectioner Sugar on Top.
